This house was totally renovated from the floor up. Features include a new kitchen and bathroom, new lighting throughout, refinished hardwood floors and new paint to give it a new life and become someone’s new home. The kitchen was redesigned using 3D modeling and floor plan software to maximize space usage. Custom cabinets were selected with attention to door style and hardware color. Flooring and backsplash tile were selected to complement other finishes and paint color. Selected stylish new lighting and guided homeowner on appliance size, style and finish. The bath was designed to give a dynamism to an efficient space. All finishes were hand-selected from the shower and floor tile to the mirror, hardware, and lighting. A bold aesthetic choice by the homeowner opened up opportunities to add interest.
